Classic Collision

The communication that came from the system was awful. Did not receive accurate updates that were system generated or did not receive any at all..Also, there are still a few issues with the repairs that were done and will need to bring the vehicle back.

The staff did a great job and cleaned the vehicle well.

The entire experience was excellent. I was hit by another car and it was traumatic. But my entire encounter with CC made me feel so much better. The staff was professional and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was explained from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered and I was informed every step of the way. I felt like I was taken seriously and my concerns about my car were met with sincere empathy; my tech wanted my car repaired as much as I did. Mr. Nick Coca was the tech I dealt with during this transaction; Mr. Coca answered all of my questions and listened to all my concerns and made sure I understood what was going to happen in a courteous manner. I even asked for a part from my car to keep after the repair was done and he gladly approved. To make sure I was totally satisfied with the work to be done to my car, Mr. Coca even called me to the shop to confirm his next steps instead of assuming; I great appreciate this move. Haleigh was the receptionist I primarily dealt with while at Classic Collision; I appreciate how much she cared about making sure I was attended to during my visits. She made sure my time was made much of and that the paperwork went smoothly. Christelle met with me upon my final visit to Classic Collision. She wrote up all my final paperwork and ultimately delivered my car to me. She was as equally courteous as Mr. Coca and Miss Haleigh and made sure I was satisfied with my repairs. I had asked that my car not be washed and cleaned inside and outside (as I am rather particular about how that is done), and Mr. Coca kindly acceded to that request (which I thank him for). The repairs look great and were professionally done; I am totally satisfied.

They kept me updated with the repairs and handled the repairs quickly. I am very satisfied.
