Classic was great but Enterprise needs help. I phoned Buckhead Enterprise, at Classic's suggestion, to be sure rentals were available. I was told "yes" but that was not the case causing me to make a return trip to Classic the following day. I live and work near Classic so the return was not a huge inconvenience to me but for many others it would have been. Enterprise needs to meet Classic's standard of service. The Enterprise agent at Classic was not to blame; he was not supported by his Enterprise counterpart up the street.

Unsatisified with the level of proffesionality. Car parts pertaining to my vehicle did not match. Specifically my electronic folding mirror which was ordered as standard mirror and mounted on my car. Mistakes like this should not occur when having an entire crew with supervision. My car wasn't assessed for quality before being handed to me and it showed. I kept getting "your car is being detailed" consistently via verbal and automated messages. When I received my vehicle I checked the interior doors, air vents and small crevices were covered with white film of dust (I'm guessing due to plaster?). None the less I'm very frustrated that I had to wait an excessive amount for the insuarance to clear payment for the final release of my car and out of numerous technicians no one thoroughly checked my vehicle for quality while it was pending at the shop. I do not reside in the area this Classic Collision is located and have to create time out of my work schedule to get this problem address. I am a very understanding person but you have to understand it's very frustrating and agitating to a client who has been without their vehicle for an entire month and half and receive it with issues.
