Haven't yet received my repaired car- next week- but thus far the service has been efficient and courteous

The service was wonderful, Mattie was attentive and delivered above and beyond my expectations. The car was scheduled to be completed on 3/27 but was done by 3/24. Good job CC Team!

Everything was fine until the day I was set to pick up my vehicle. I called ahead to ensure that I could come pick it up at the time that I did, but upon arrival the employee that had been in communication with me throughout the process (who I had just spoken to) was out to lunch. I had to wait around the lobby until the receptionist was able to track down someone else to bring the keys to my vehicle. Once the vehicle was finally returned to me, I observed that the repaired bumper and surrounding molding was not flush. The tech that went over the repairs with me was very apologetic and took the car around back to correct the mistake. I sat around the lobby for another 45 minutes to an hour waiting for that error to be corrected, costing me unexpected time away from work. While I waited, the initial representative assigned to my repairs returned from lunch and reviewed the invoice with me. I informed her during the review that the deductible amount listed was incorrect and she advised that she would confirm the deductible and correct the invoice if necessary. Once the repairs on my vehicle were completed the second time (about 30 minutes after the invoice was reviewed) and I returned my rental car, the representative still had not confirmed my deductible amount. She advised me that she would now call customer service at my insurance company to confirm the deductible amount, and about 15 minutes later she confirmed that I was correct and took the appropriate payment. The receipt that I received still showed that I owed an additional 250.00, but she ensured me that this will not be a problem.

You guys do quality work. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but they were handled quickly (40 minute wait time). Crystal is FANTASTIC!!!! Super friendly and attentive. She takes pride in her work. I've used you guys before and left a 5 star on a yelp!
