The handover of the vehicle was quick and smooth. The text updates on the status were thorough, maybe slightly excessive but not bothersome. The finished product looks great! It was a nice experience all around!

Excellent! Everyone was kind and accomendating in my frazzled busy state. It was an easy transition with the rental being on site, no issues with the insurance, and my truck was fixed quickly ( and very well). I can not even tell where it was hit. I especially appreciate the lifetime warranty on the repair work. Thank you for making it my least stressful as possible. The only recommendation I have would be with the limited appraiser hours 10-**** no weekends-- there's no possible way I could not miss work which was extremely stressful and did not go over well. I was hit - the insurance should have paid the appraiser to come to me or allowed me to drop it off and obtain a rental in off hours or had enterprise drive my rental to me and my truck to collision. Thank you for the quality work and pleasant interactions I would bring my vechiles here for more work without hesitation.

TAMARA WAS AWESOME! She's so upbeat. She's courteous, professional,and she's witty. She has a great sense of humor. She provides great customer service without over doing it, you know? She stays right in the pocket with being formal, but not rigid. She's the type of person that you feel comfortable disclosing information to. You have to remember, people are giving you personal information, and disclosing information that they may not want just anybody having. The heating in the car no longer works but it was fine when it came in to you. Also the bumper repair wasn't lined up properly and the new bumper isn't even trimmed properly at the bottom. I feel it is shoddy work all through.Your quality control ****. The only good thing about your business is Lee Smolen who looked after me extremely well and without whom I believe your business would fall flat on its face. I will be following up with my complaints in person and also to the insurance company because I don't believe anyone will actually respond to this. I will also be putting this online because I think everyone should see a truthful and factual review.
