There's some sort of white residue on the rear bumper cover. I tried to wipe it off, and discovered that the clear coat had been sprayed over it! Now I have a permanent white smear on the bumper.

I was dreading the whole process of getting my car fixed. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the process was. Having the rental car company at your business was so convenient. I just had two hiccups when the car was finish: the cover for the hitch wasn't ordered. It fell off during the wreck and was overlooked in the parts order. It is being ordered now. Also the rear bumper wasn't completely flush with the rest of the car. Luckily, I noticed when I was picking it up. It was fixed while I waited. Thank you for fixing my car :)
