Exceptional customer service from quote to pick up. I was kept informed of the progress and there was no surprise when I picked up the car. The invoice matched the quote to the penny and the car had been washed and vacuumed. I will definitely use Classic Collison again should the need arise.

Classic Collision, and Amanda in particular, took really good care of my car. It looks great, and drives well. I believe they took care of my car as if it was their own. They gave me updates as to the progress they were making, and let me know their estimated time of completion. It just couldn't have gone any better if it had to be done (since it was an "accident"). I have no complaints or anything to offer as far as anything that could've been done differently. The team work was exceptional and I can't add anything to that. I am happy to have my car back and I'm very thankful to Classic Collision for their hard work and returning my car to me. Thank you again, Carol P

Getting the information to start my vehicle's repairs were a major hassle. I would play phone tag with the original individual who had assessed my vehicle, taken my insurance information and started the process. He never returned phone calls, was never available to explain the delays. It was several weeks before I was finally able to get service from the individual who completed the initial repairs on my vehicle. She worked hard to help me, but sadly did not inform me that the work on the front of my vehicle wasn't approved due to the car that we were shoved into not being listed on the accident report. I now have to get the accident report updated and bring my car in once again in order to complete the full repairs of my vehicle.
