I normally have all my work done by a Lincoln dealer and was hesitant when the insurance company recommended another company. However, from the moment I arrived, I was treated respectfully and walked through the process of making the necessary repairs. I really liked the idea of one stop shopping, something I also receive at my Lincoln dealer, so I really felt that my vehicle would receive the proper attention.
I was kept in the loop from the beginning with daily updates and that for me was very impressive. My vehicle was repaired and delivered on the date promised. All repairs were explained to my satisfaction and some problems were pointed out that should be directed to my dealership. I want to thank the staff for their support. Very professional!
