Having to take your car in for repairs after an accident that was not your fault is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. That being said Alex and Scott did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. They kept me updated on progress, did a great job on repairs, and made the whole process easy. If something like this were to happen again, I would definitely go back to this team. 5 out of 5

Three weeks to get a door replace and painted nothing but excuses was sent the wrong door 2 or 3 times **** had jury duty. Left truck sitting out side two days with window down and unlocked and on Saturday I had to put the window up and lock the truck the building was closed so it would have been out til Monday like that. After all this went to pick up my truck asked the Mgr to wave the 100. deductible he told he didn't have the authority to wave the 100. other words BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE so I will pass on my experience to anyone I see.

There are several safety items on GL that are in operatorable. There was 2 discussion with Micheal in regards to having Merz of Buckhead check out vehicle before road trip with clients. He stated if car was said ready, it would not need to be looked at. Within a hour after pickup and at beginning of trip, I found Distronics and other functions were not functioning. I called Micheal and relayed these issues and asked if vehicle was test driven as I asked to be checked out before this trip. It wasn't and this sloppiness of not checking this vehicle shows lack of professionalism with CC and how this repair was handled will be relayed to other Benz drivers and I know many. Bottom line-BS vendor, especially for what I had pushed to insurance adjuster to approve since Hamner has large account with them, It doesn't matter what was repaired, it's the way your customer leaves with the final impression that carries your reputation. FYI- I had to actually walk to back of lot beside car wash and find my vehicle and rode to front with driver, it shouldn't took over 30 min to get vehicle after payment, much less go find vehicle because staff was too busy to bring vehicle up front to deliver. Also no one walked vehicle with me, did alone myself. Once back in town, this GL will be brought to Merz of Buckhead, and any cost will be paid by CC to have vehicle 100% as it should have been. CC may have a lot of business, but continued sloppy repair and service will slowly move clients to other shops, bottom line less money in owners pocket and as a owner myself, it wouldn't like my company run as this one bit, I would be pissed as your customer is now!
