It took over 93 days to complete my vehicle for starters which is ridiculous on top of that all I asked for during the process was to be updated if anything happened which I wasn't at all!!!! I think the lack of communication is a serious issue and it made me feel like since I wasn't complaining all the time yall could just push my vehicle to the side. I honestly feel I should be somewhat compensated for the fact that I had to pay 3 months of car payment and insurance on a vehicle I didn't even have. I can say that I will not be returning and definitely will not recommend yall to anyone for fear yall will take 3 months onow there vehicle. When I finally did get my vehicle there were 2 dash lights that came on by the time I got home and I'm still waiting on the call from your collision center regarding this issue. So all in all I hope yall can fix your issues for any future customers u have BC yall are seriously lacking in customer service.

This is the second time I personally have used this location and would come back although I hope I never have reason to do so - but will recommend CC. One thing that would have eased my mind - it was cold and my low pressure tire light was on - would have been nice if air had been put into tires so light wasn't on...nothing major and didn't influence my overall experience. Love the updates available.
