Disaster never again, 17 days to fix a minor repair which should have taken 2 or 3 days. Customer service awful, I had to repeadly call for updates. My car was actually just sitting there in the parking lot. The staff seemed clueless to what was going on in their shop. You won't see any more recommendations from Land Rover/Jaguar again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful...also very professional in each of their positions. Nicki was fabulous to work with and handled her position perfectly: told me what she was going to tell me, then told me, then set up that she would be in contact soon to update me further and never missed a beat. Very competent young woman. I was referred to you all by Max **** at Hennessy Lexus and will definitely recommend you to others as well as choose you again should I (hopefully not soon) need bodywork again.

I was frustrated with the amount of time it took to fix my car. The pick up date was moved at least 4 times! In addition the blonde woman at the front desk had an attitude and was condescending. Also my car was not completely fixed. There was a missing clip and more damage that wasn't addressed. Lee Smolen was lovely to work with. I give him 5 stars!!

They told me my car would be ready on Friday. It wasn't ready until Monday. This made me have to pay 39.00 more in collision insurance on my rental. Also they didn't tell me they were closed on Saturday. The rental was what my daughter was driving so on both Friday and Saturday her driving was restricted because we thought we would get a call any moment saying the car was ready. So she had to leave her rental at my house and catch rides with friends shopping and to Athens for the GA game. Major inconvenience.

The price of the repairs changed twice. First, the damage was greater than was initially visible. This was understandable. The second time the price increased due to the price of the parts increasing from when the repairs were initiated. This is unacceptable. My car is a company car. I quoted them a price where they advised to proceed with repairs at that price and then the post repair bill was higher. Outside of this experience, I took my car in on Monday with the goal of having completed by Wed. Late Wed was informed it would be Friday. No call on Friday as my service rep was off that day. I received a call early Monday morning. The staff was very friendly. The process was just disappointing.
