There was an issue with the paint running under the seal (topcoat) which caused the car to stay in your shop an extra day.
Other than that, the customer service has truly been impeccable.

My husband inspected the bumper (as I was in a rush when I came to pick up). He's not happy with the job. It's better, but not perfect. We both looked and saw that there is still a crease left on the bumper from the accident. There are still several bumps and lumpy areas on it. Due to this, the paint job is not perfect either. We feel that the bumper should have been replaced instead of a repair, to achieve a perfect appearance. I'd like to bring it back in. Let me know how we can proceed.
