Dykeeta was awesome during the entire process
The issue came with the electronic notifications...I was out of town for work and when i was contacted about my car being ready I was scrambling trying to take care of things over the phone. I didnt receive notifications until after I received the telephone call telling me my car was ready!

I have explained my issues to Lee Smolen already. There was damage to my bumper and my trunk and the only thing that was done was fixing some cosmetic scratches on the bumper. I don't know how this was missed given that Lee and I talked about where the damage was and he took pictures of it when I brought the car in for an estimate.

We are happy with the repairs. We thought they were going to have to replace the whole trunk door but they were able to fix it. The shop our insurance had us use was the same one our mechanic recommended, which was nice.

There was a lot of confusion about when the repairs would be completed. This caused me to spend some time trying to sort things out on the phone with several different Classic Collision staff. Additionally, while the interior of the car was detailed quite nicely, everything in the trunk had a layer of dust all over it from the work that was done, which I had to vacuum out.
Overall, I thought Classic Collision did a great job on the repairs. But I wouldn't say that I was completely satisfied.
