Had a great experience. Donnie Hummel did a great job communicating with me every step of the way. Communication was great. Customer service was great. At one point, I was in the waiting area, and everybody was very conscious of my time ensuring I did not have to wait very long at all to speak with someone and be on my way. Car was super clean when I came to pick it up. Above and beyond expectations. If I ever need body work done on any of my vehicles, I will return.

Pretty satisfied. There was some confusion with when my vehicle was done and ready. Your team said it was done and then I was getting texted a whole day after saying y'all were still working on it and would let me know when it would be done. Then I picked up my car and the later the same day got another text with false info. Pretty confusing! Team was great and very professional, especially the guy from Geico!

They did not hook up my back lights or turn signals. Didn't realize it until 2000 on Friday and they are closed until Tuesday and I cannot drive my car. Very pissed that they did not check to make sure all lights and signals were working properly. Other than that I had good service. Please call me to discuss this!
