I was frustrated at the beginning this repair process only because I wasn't informed about what was damaged on my vehicle. Being interested in cars and a concerned car owner, I felt it was important to know about what all was damaged in the event that something ever went wrong in the future. I called twice only to be left on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I had to contact my insurance company to get updates on my vehicle when the collision center was only 10 mins from my home. Even when my insurance rep reached out on my behalf, I still didnt get a return call. It was raining when I picked up my vehicle, so the next day I inspected my vehicle in the sun and found blemishes on the chrome accents. On a scale of **** to 10, I'd give this overall experience a 7.
