When I was driving home, I realized that my steering wheel seemed to be misaligned such that it was tiled toward the right when I was driving straight. I'm sure this is a simple fix. Great experience! There were some issues that caused my car to be delayed and it was unfortunate. Instead of the company just putting the pieces back together, since the problem would not have been noticeable, they took an extra day or 2 to fix the problem correctly. They were apologetic and worked hard to get the job done earlier than the new expected date. They also set out to fix any inconveniences that arose on my end. Their service was greatly appreciated. Things happen as we all know but the company went above and beyond to resolve the car issue and insure that my experience was outstanding overall. Thanks to Tamera and the Manager working at the time.
