I was very pleased with the repairs done on the truck. Liked the updates and the contact maintained while the truck was being repaired. Emily was very helpful and did an amazing job.

My adjuster was great! One thing to point out -- My appointment was scheduled for 8:00am, and I arrived promptly, but no one was available to greet me. I waited for about 15 minutes. Then I left and re-entered through the insurance side where someone offered to help. if you schedule appointments at 8:00 am someone should be available to greet them. Other than that my experience was very positive.

It is very difficult to reach your sales agents. Prior to dropping off my vehicle for repair I left several VM messages for my Sales agent. None of which were returned. Finally spoke with one of the receptionist who provided the scheduling assistance i needed. I am very glad that i persisted.
