Upon initial pick up Blemishes existed, rework had to be accomplished; 2nd pick up, a nick was in the obvious and had to be re buffed.
Currently, Paint mis-match is obvious and remains, finger-tip feel to repaired area isn't smooth, has gritty feel which indicates the buffer /person failed and the post inspection, quality process failed also to identify, correct and ultimately produce a fine, high quality finish as anticipated.

Everyone from the front desk, to the initial person who helped me (I think he was the supervisor/manager?), to the actual mechanic were A+++++. I needed to get my side mirror replaced and I purchased a mirror and just needed to get it installed. The supervisor showed me that this was very simple and quick to do and I could even do it myself, and then he was going to do it for me for free, which was amazing. Unfortunately, due to the design of my door, it was more complicated and time consuming than that and they had to do it and charge me, but the fact that they tried was still very impressive, and they won a customer for life (or, at least while I still live in Buckhead).
