I was amazed at the customer service Russ provided. He was available and followed up beyond expectation. The quality of the repair was detailed and looks great. My car was cleaner than when I left it with them. Needless to say I am one happy customer and thankful my Nissan dealership referred Classic Collision to me.
Also, when going to pick up my vehicle I called for directions (my daughter had dropped it off) the receptionist stayed on the phone providing directions until I saw the building. Kudos to her as well!
