The quality of the work is very good and I am satisfied overall. However, there is/was no presence of a warm, welcome greeting from walking in the door. Reception felt very distant and strange. No one was rude nor impolite. Meant only for constructive criticism: A warmer welcome/greeting to a new customer would help make the customer want to return in the future.

Repairs and quality of work was great! I was scheduled to pick my vechile up on 12-31 at 1pm. Then was contacted on the 31st saying it wasn't going to be ready until 5pm that day. Then they waited until 4.20 to contact me saying it wouldn't be ready until ****-4. And now they have some how lost the attena to my radio and have to bring it back for them to order a new one.
