I noticed when I shut my passenger side door from the outside I can hear the sound of glass sliding around inside the door. But, when I shut it from the inside I don't hear that. I think there might just be some broken glass stuck down at the bottom of the door.

I had an appointment for December 9 at 12:30. I flew back early in order to make this appointment. At 12:15 I received a call that Classic Collision had no room on the lot for my car, despite the fact that I had an appointment. The representative explained that they would not want my car to be damaged while it was on the lot because there were so many other cars. The fact that I had an appointment meant nothing.

Took too long to have my car repaired. (11/17/15-12/8/15)
Deadline for the completion of repairs kept getting pushed back.
I called shop to get an update on the car, and I was on hold for an hour and 12 minutes. I drove to the shop to show them I was still on hold on speaker phone. Natasha is the one who answered the phone.
When I got my car back, the buttons to lock/unlock the car did not work. I also had ants in my car. Overall experience was awful.
