The repairs went smoothly. I would like to have had notice that the business was closing early for the holiday during my pick up appointment, but otherwise I am pleased.

Just need to return to see about fixing my automatic window. I forgot to check that when I left. I was told to check and did not. The professionalism and constant updates on the status of my car was some of the best service I've ever had though. Thank you for making this experience so much less of a hassle. I would definitely recommend you again.

From the beginning using this shop has been terrible. My first appointment that was scheduled did not get put in tot he schedule properly so I had to take time out of my day on a different day in order to get my car estimated. Then once I got my estimate completed it took be 2 more weeks to even get a hold of the office to decide when I would be able to bring my car in to be fixed. They informed me after the estimate that I would get a call from the office to schedule a time, which I never got. I also did not appreciate that when I came by one day to grab something out of my car the office did not know where it was located on the lot. When we did find it my car was outside with no passenger doors IN THE RAIN not covered causing the inside of my car to become wet. It now smells like mold when I got it back today which made me beyond angry. I also did not appreciate that when my car was completed the office called me with only **** HOUR to get to the location from Gwinnett to pick it up on a Holiday weekend. I feel that it is a little outrageous to believe that anyone could make it to Atlanta in **** hour on black Friday to pick up their car before the close of the building for the weekend. I also did not like the fact that because I received the call so late I almost had to pay for the rental car for two days out of my own pocket due to the insensitivity of the staff. I also did not like that one of my repairs failed to be documented and fixed and that even after I have paid for my car it is still not fixed. I am now having to wait for my car to have further repairs after the shop said that my car was complete. To be honest I WILL NEVER use this shop again. From how inconsiderate the shop was with the treatment of my car while it was in the repair process and then the incomplete work and time management of the shop this whole process has been outrageous and agonizing.

I visited you via GEICO. Your service was fine and employees were friendly, but the "status" emails you sent me were several days behind. GEICO called me early Friday afternoon, 11/20, to advise my car was ready for pick-up. However, the first introduction email I got from you wasn't sent until late in the day on 11/20, by which time I had already picked the car up. I then received several additional status emails from you through 11/23, which obviously were not helpful.

Overall great experience. Very nice employees and did a great job fixing my car. Paint job is amazing. Only slight issue is left side panel doesn't seem perfectly aligned.

Just an FYI to the company, it sure would have been nice once you realized the person handling my car (Dennis) would be out for a few days that you could have made sure I had someone else with some information about my. At to discuss things with. Dennis seemed to be the only one in the whole office with any clue to what was going on. So great experience with**** and not so good with the rest of the staff.

The whole process was great. The shop really helped out even when the insurance was causing some minor issues. When there was an issue, I was notified in a prompt manner and the updated timeline was followed very well.
