Initial drop off of my car went well. Spoke with insurance representative as well as a classic collision representative. I received an initial estimate call and estimated time frame about when my car would be finished from my insurance agent. But received no further updates throughout the week. I also never received a call that let me know my car was ready. I called on the last day my insurance was paying for my rental and whoever answered the phone let me know it was ready for pickup.

Customer service is very important to me and I must say that my Classic Collision team member, Shey, provided world class service to me. He walked me through the entire process step by step, making sure that I was aware of what would take place and that I felt comfortable and understood. He called me along the way to update me of the process, returned my calls immediately and showed total patience the entire process. I forgot something in the car and had no problem with me coming by to get it. And when I got there to pick it up, he again showed me what was going on and where my car was in the process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shey. He was definitely a man of his word...if he said he was going to do something, he did. And most of all, when he thought I might get the car on Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I asked "Can I please get it Friday", somehow he made it happen! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I don't think it could have happened with anyone other than Shey. His customer service skills are stellar!
I would definitely recommend others to Classic Collision and tell them to ask for no one other than Shey. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Excellent service.
But it took 5 weeks and i was promised 2 weeks. The Audi specialist left town in the middle of the job to go to Utah for training. Terrible coordination. I was in no rush to get the job done so i should have been told to wait til he got back. Instead i was bitterly dissapointed in the unreasonable delay and i was offered NO accommodation. In fact when i picked up my Audi and dropped off my Mercedes SL63 for a bumper repair and that should have been on the house cause of the delay. It wasn't. But the work was excellent. Nuf said.
