It really took too long to get our car back. On the way home, traffic was heavy & we could not hear anything but the noise of the trucks around us. Early this morning, as I sat at a light with my foot on the brake, I heard a loud rattle, it stopped when I put the car into neutral. It is not the exhaust pipe, that is tight. It only happens when in drive, and my foot is on the brake, it has never done this before. Hoping this is not serious.

Dana was amazing, great customer service and very responsible.
Regarding service on my vehicle, all repairs are not 100%. The battery continues to need a recharge due to how long the door was pulled off. I also paid a 350 difference to repair the axle and it's still not repaired.
I spoke with Dana and she was super kind and looking into having my car picked up for repair.

My vehicle was not fully repaired when I came to pick it up when I was told to. I had to leave my vehicle there for additional repairs to be done that should have been completed the first time. It was clear to me that a full inspection was not completed.
