I was not satisfied with the lack of communication during the time my vehicle was being serviced. I was told that I would be informed each step of the way, including once an estimate was made and updates on the timeframe that I should expect my vehicle to be under repair. I did not receive any phone calls or emails regarding my vehicle until the day my car was ready. I received updates by contacting the shop myself. When informed that my vehicle would be ready on 10/9/15, I expected that I would receive some call on that day, to confirm or let me know that it would take longer. I received no call and decided to call myself and was then told that it would be ready the next week instead. The service didn't meet my expectations.

Picked up my car and there were dirty finger and hand marks all over the inside of the car, especially on the roof fabric lining, not really sure it will be able to come out completely, getting home and finding this and hearing I need to take it all the way back to the shop which is not close is very frustrating. Doesn't make me feel good about spending 6grand with this business. I have to say the representative that helped me with this process was a very nice and helpful guy but I don't understand how he didn't see any of the marks upon the final inspection and before he called me to come pick it up! I am seriously hoping the company will make this right!

They even noticed that a couple off tired were a little low and put in air. The work was all in the tailgate and left tail light!
