I was advised that my car would/could possibly be completed by the end of the day, but that was contingent on the paint drying. Ironically, after adding the CDW for the rental car, my car took FOUR days to complete. I was initially billed for SIX days of coverage, although the car was returned in five days. Based on the time table and "paint drying" time, I should have been able to retrieve my vehicle and return the rental no later than Monday (three days coverage).
I understand that Enterprise is a separate company, but cannot overlook the fact that your companies compliment and support each other. I truly believe the "completion" date of my car was extended purposefully to pad income for Enterprise.
