Mess kept abreast of progress and repair was completed a day ahead of schedule. My car was clean and pristine when I picked it up. Extremely pleased.

One concern was that the initial appointment had to be pushed back one week and then when we called to confirm the new appointment they were not aware of the appointment. When I took the car there, Alex was super! The only other concern was that we got the run around about the car being ready because it needed to be cleaned. I went there any way and Alex made sure that the outside was washed. Alex is THE BEST!!

Everything went well from start to finish except Enterprise Leasing. It appears they need more help. It is a guessing game with the customer as to whether you are next in line. This company needs to invest in an overhead display board showing whose next in line.
