You replaced my gas tank. It took 8 days with insurance. It was estimated for 3.
On pick up you put 2 gallons in the new tank. If you had tried to fill it you would have learned that the tank was improperly installed and will not accept gas. The check fuel system light is on.
I have to come back on Monday. You have one mechanic who does this work.
He works 9-5 only.
Any competition will eat your lunch with service like this.

The job was not done well at all the front bumper which was the main part to be repaired is still sticking out I can fit my thumb between the bumper and the light I am so dissatisfied after a week of having my car in the shop now I have to take time off from work and return to have something fixed that should've been noticed by the supervise

Some of my belongings that were in the car were stolen. My iPod touch and a pair of sunglasses were stolen. There were some stuff sent to the back of the truck. But he two things I have listed are missing. It is not acceptable and I plan on calling tomorrow to talk about this. I am going to reply to the police if I have to to get my stuff back.

I have spoke to Amber and and manager. I was told by both the items would be completed to finish job like it was suppose to be done the first time. I am angry that my car was there for over a week and the rear bumper cover was replaced and the step pad of all things is not properly installed and not glued down correctly and NO one say the error, but I saw it 10 feet away. No I have to take another day and drive and sit around there and wait.
I WA really spruced there was not a final person to look over repair to make sure everything was done. We all are human, and look over things we see all day for a week. A fresh pair of eyes would have seen this.
I brought my car to Alan Vigil for the repair because I expected the repairs to be done correct and with use of Mercury parts.

I was not really dissatisfied but not satisfied enough that I would recommend to anyone. I know I am new at this so I did not expect the paint smell to be so strong in the car .for someone like me I have to drive with the windows as the paint fumes irritate my breathing. I still have to make time to return to the shop, using my gas and time to get the cargo hold that they forgot to return to my car. At the time of the accident I WAS missing one wheel cover but no one asked me and one wheel cover was lost in the accident and I could have told them that if they had asked. Not a bad job but I would ask for recommendations for someone else if I ever find myself in this position again. All in all the experience is just okay
