****. Not delivered on time. i got message that car will be delivered by 12/28 or 12/29 of 2017 but it was delayed and delivered on ****/2/2018.
2. I waited for more than a hour while picking up.
3. Repair was not 100% complete. One item part is still pending and it was not even checked before delivering. I checked and found that.

The team also saved me the hassle of returning my car to enterprise, after an enterprise agent told me I had to return my car, the Classic team checked into it and I was able to leave my rental car there.

After waiting 30 days for my car repairs, I felt a little rushed when it was time to pick up my vehicle. I was advised to pick up close to closing time on a holiday weekend. When I got there I still had to wait for my car to be cleaned up. It was dark outside which made it hard for me to see everything. I'm completely annoyed because I left the rental car on the lot, without knowing the status of the check in because it was closing time, I left the keys with Ron. To top all of this off, I drove to the store up the street, when I came back out of the store, my car would not start, I had to call AAA for battery issues which I did not previously have. My experience was not great and I feel like I was treated like a ignoramus.
