The estimate was actual.
Steve was clear on what needs to be replaced, how long it would take, and that I wouldn't know anything was damaged when it was repaired.
Every bit of that was true.

Dennis was our contact throughout our repair at Classic Collision. He was accurate on the quote for our repair - there were no surprises, no add on fees. He was able to work us into a busy schedule and during the time our car was with Classic Collision we received text updates informing us where our car was in the repair process. We even received our car back a day earlier than expected and it was washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. One would hope they could go without ever needing collision repair but should the need arise again, we’d certainly take our car back to them for repair.

I went through an insurance company so I cannot say whether the repairs were within reason or not but I always felt that the people at Classic Collision were always too busy for me. Every time I went into the shop, I was given the impression that I was somehow intruding upon people doing "very important work". I had to ask multiple times to speak to the representative and often various reps would come by in the lobby, see me sitting/standing there and just move on without acknowledging or asking me if I'd been helped. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Except for the fiasco of the lost BMW key everything was fine. Was just realived that someone found our key and returned it to possibly someone in management.
