I would have liked to know (about) when the repairs would be completed when I brought the KIA in on Monday at 10:00am. Initially I was told by Danny it would take ****-2 days. I called at 5:00pm on the second day and was told it would take 4 days. Overall, everything else was great!

Theft occurred and 20 miles were driven on my car unnecessarily. Pieces broken inside the car which were from CC. CC did make this repair however failed to address the theft of money from my car. No follow up on this issue to date.

While coordination and customer service were very good the quality of repair was not at all. My black Kia Optima has now a brownish black rear door that looks like it is from a different colored car. Fortunately I was offered to bring back my car to get it corrected, however I will not be provided a rental as before with Geico, which is obviously bothering.
