Initial location was overbooked, but they quickly offered to tow my vehicle via flatbed to the Roswell location. Was shocked in regards to the initial quote of almost a month in the shop, but they were able to get it out much quicker. As before, the shop did a good job and I will use again if I have to.

There were stratches on my trunk that wasn't there before I brought the car to classic collision. Brian stated that i would be able to bring the car back the Monday after thanksgiving to fix the issue. Other than that I was satisfied with classic collision.

I especially appreciate the text updates, and tthe personal inspection of my car before I was asked to settle the bill. I will highly recommend CC Sandy Springs.
By the way, whomever does the hiring of employees, should be commended. Every single employee I came in contact with had a great attitude of customer service.
