Text message updates would be more useful if they contained more detailed information. Automated text updates didn't address information that my service advisor promised to update me on. A phone call with a personalized update or custom the text message would have been appreciated.

Kim the Service Advisor was very knowledgeable with updates every couple of days to how the vehicle was coming along. Vehicle was competed earlier than anticipated and completely satisfied. Kudos to Kim!
