Superb service. Everyone is knowledgeable and efficient from check in to pickup. I came by on Sat with single staff and was able to get something out of my car. Love the convenience of car rental right there.
Picked up my finished car on Sat and waited for awhile for someone to show up. I understand it’s only one person staffed. But putting a sign on the counter letting customers know that you are there and back momentarily would help. Enterprise let me know someone was at service king that day - otherwise I may have left.
I have used service king twice ****) Marysville 2) mill creek. Awesome company.

When I picked up the car the headlight that was replaced was loose and not properly secured. I told them about it and they couldn’t fix it on the spot and said that I would have to bring the car back to fix it. I am disappointed in the service and that they didn’t do the job properly. The car didn’t finish until late on a Friday (I was called at 5:30pm saying it was done)...I didn’t pick it up until the next day. My guess is that the service tech was rushing to get the car done late in the day on a Friday and took shortcuts to leave work as quickly as possible because it was late on a Friday night. I’m disappointed that service king does not have quality control processes in place to catch things like this before the car is handed back to the customer.
