When my wife got her murano there was a big crack on the windshield and the receptionist don’t even know what happened and she was the one who drove it from the garage to the parking lot after she let my wife sign the paper and gave her the key and told my wife she don’t even see it a big crack like that is easily visible my wife had no choice but to it home and cancel all weekend activities need to hear from service king soon ty

I came in with a damaged bumper due to being rear ended. The representative told me it should be an easy patch job that would be relatively cheap. Then I showed him the estimated cost of repair from the insurance company that included a NEW BUMPER. He then said they left a lot of things out and it would cost more. It was my understanding that I would get either the new bumper, or a cheap repair job (hey, I could save a little money and not be in the hole 75 dollars for the car rental). Instead, He adusted their cost of repair to match the estimate which was supposed to be for a NEW BUMPER. In the end, I received a below average repair job (top of bumper is ripply, and the whole bumper is not the same white as the rest of the car), and all of this for what was supposed to be the cost of a NEW BUMPER, which is what I thought I was getting while I was waiting. I even sent him an email asking him if it would be costing more, because if so, I would need to contact the insurance company and inform them that they did not give me enough money for the new bumper. I talked to him on the phone during the repair time and he said he got my email (didn't reply) and that he had to adjust the price and do the patch job to get my car out to me quicker. Okay, now I know I'm getting a REALLY expensive patch job - this doesn't seem right. When I confronted him about it afterwards, he kept giving me the run around and obviously didn't want to make it right, even after I explained all of this to him. He even told me that the insurance company would NOT work with me for the extra money to fix the bumper (they told me the opposite). ?? Still unsure what to do from this point. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.

The scratch that was above the right front tire is still there even though the right front panel was included in the cost of the repair. The lifetime warranty was supposed to cover my front bumper not being fixed properly from another time I was at service king. I was told that would get fixed this time too and it didn’t.
