You did not even come close to fixing my car. How are you in business at all? It’s obvious you want to “fix it again” and charge my insurance company more money. My car pulls to the right, requires 20 to 30 degrees of left steer to drive straight, and the body work is shoddy, with obvious areas that need to be painted. I am completely dissatisfied with this repair and I can’t believe anyone would accept this work as “repaired”. I did not even mention that the adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist are unavailable and there’s yellow fault lights indicating there are some major malfunctions with the car. I will be expressing my dissatisfaction to USAA and the better business bureau. Even if this was a joke it wouldn’t be funny.
