They were pleasant and they appeared to do a good job. I liked that they had a enterprise rent a car there and I could drop the car off. This saved me hours of travel time.

Simon was very professional. Every staff member I communicated with was very nice and treated me like I mattered. While my repair took a little longer than expected, I know it was because Service King wouldn't allow me to leave with anything less than perfect.
