The team took great care of me and my car. They went out of their way when I had to leave town suddenly to attend my moms funeral and even paid the extra week on my rental car. Could not have been more satisfied

I had a wonderful experience at Service King!!! The customer service was impeccable, and my repair was complete 2 days earlier than expected. They even washed and detailed my car which is a HUGE plus. Not only will I always go to Service King in WPB FL for any repairs, but I've also influenced my husband and family and friends. Thanks to everyone there, and a special warm thanks to Jeff and Janet!!! :-) What a great and easy experience. Jeff even organized for my rental car to be picked up and took care of everything for me. I have never found service like this until finding Service King. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I must admit, I never heard of Service King until my insurance provider, USAA, instructed me to go there. At first, my plan was to allow Service King to conduct my appraisal only and then take my vehicle to another repair shop. But the outstanding customer service and knowledge that Mr. Austin Clemons showed me made me change my mind. It was because of his attentiveness, amiable approach, and his willingness to share vast knowledge about my vehicle, I trusted Service King. I am so glad I did! The daily emails from the company and the calls from Mr. Clemons giving updates on my vehicles' repair progress were awesome. I was also pleased with the turn around time on repairing the vehicle. The work done, seems to be well executed. I've only had my vehicle back for a day, but the work looks really good! I also liked the fact, that Service King handled everything to include setting me with a rental car and turning it in for me. I had no worries! To me, this was a world class experience. Thank you!
