Upon initial entrance into the business, it would have been nice to have been greeted/welcomed. Also, when the employee came up to me to invite me out to look at my car together, it would have been nice to have had an introduction of who I would be speaking/working with. The customer service was just not up to par in my opinion. I'm sure their repair services are standard in the industry but they've forgotten that they're also dealing with actual humans/customers. Overall I had a fine experience but feel the customer service component could be improved.
