It was very unprofessional. I have called customer service and reported the front bumper was incomplete and still needed to be buffed...no license plate on the front of my car and the alignment is off. My car shakes on the highway. I'm very unhappy and the service man Chad did not go over the paperwork..instructions and or the warranty. Chad left the facility and only Mario the helper was in the facility. Very unhappy and will never use service king again.

A rt qtr Panel piece was pryed off leaving nicks in the part. The tech could not have done it without seeing it. but being optimistic even if he/she did not, the rr installer should have. We got extended 3 times, finally came to pick up and the car paint was wrong and got extended again this was due to a part not ordered. Not a big issue until today. Paint was on rubber, scratched off in front of my wife leaving mArks. Paint tape was still on windows and the car was released by detailing saying it was ready. The car has paint dust on it and it has caused me allergies. And to top it off, you did not finish the repair. We have to come back now and have the part that was nicked replaced car cleaned and the outlet replaced as well. I am very disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. I would like to know when the 2 parts will be in and date for completion. This is not what I expected from Your ratings on Angie List

As a Commercial Vehicle and State Certfied Inspector for Salt Lake City International Airport/Grounds Transportation Division. I am and was thoroughly impressed with the services rendered by the individuals previously mentioned and the results of the repair.
