The staff was great from beginning to end. Really liked the daily status on my car. There was a little misunderstanding on the repair but it was remedied very quickly. From start to finish, the Marxi's did a fantastic job. Dianna answered all my questions when I set up the appointment. She also guided me through the process and was very helpful in arranging a rental vehicle for me. Once my car was in the shop Javier gave me regular updates and work with the insurance to quickly get my car back on the road. I love my car and it seems like Marco's does too. Also, when the work was completed, Javier and his team took me through a complete diagnostic process to assure that everything was working right. They even steam cleaned my engine and detailed the interior to an imaculete state. I can't say enough good things about the excellent service I received from Jabier and the Marco's team.
