Told it would take 7 days, took 15 days. Called me once during the entire time. Many excuses, didn't order parts, parts not available, just needs to go on the paint boot - 3 days in a row, Then the big one, never repaired the mirror. Hello, didn't notice the mirror was broken? Not happy.

I have no problem with the quality of the finished product. The work that was done and the care that was taken was excellent. I brought in my Mercedes CLS 550 because, over the years, the front bumper had become scuffed and there were chips to the black paint on the front of the car, the hood and the top of the front fenders. That was on July 3. I told Roger Angela that I would be out of town for the next week and that I could pick it up when I came back on July 14. Nothing was said about requiring more time than that. On July 14 I was told that the car was still being painted. on July 16 I was told that the painting was complete and that all that was required was reassembly. My request for a date when they thought the car might be ready went unanswered. On the 16th I called and spoke with Jeff. I explained that this was not an insurance job and that now I had been without a car for two weeks. The car was ready on Monday, July 21. in recognition of my frustration with the delay there was a 15% discount to the invoice. I am happy with the results. I guess that I expected that Roger would have managed the project more efficiently and that he would have been more communicative. Always tell the customer the truth. If they can't deal with it, that's their problem.
