Everything seems fine and the work was done on time. I have one small issue which is not your fault. The side panel was painted, but there was a dent there not from the accident. I would have liked a chance to pay to fix the dent before it was painted. I appreciate that it was painted all the way to the door, but now it looks wavy.
Otherwise I am very satisfied.

I'm a satisfied with the work however I was called on Tuesday July 1st to be informed my car will be ready later that day. However an hour later I was called again saying it will be a few more days because the part that was ordered and painted ended up not fitting and being the wrong hood for the car. My car was in the shop for a week and a half and it should have been checked before the last minute to see that it was the correct part. The part should be checked when it arrives. Also I should not have been called saying that my car will be done and then called back to say it will be a few more days. The customer should be called when everything is complete on the car and is 100% guaranteed to be ready on that day. For the shops mistake I ended up having my rental car for a few more days and having to pay the fee for those extra days. Besides that mishap I am pleased with how my car turned out.

My experience with Chaffey auto body was an excellent one. The entire team there is quite professional very polite and make you feel comfortable. Gary John and not real sure about the spelling but Shanay are a very well rounded team.
