I was promised a 3-4 day repair so I droppedmy car off Friday the 13th before I went on vacation so i wouldnt have to pay for a rental i couldnt afford with having such a high deductible to begin with. I left it there until the following Monday (over a week later). I made arrangements with a friend to get me up there to pick it up and was told it wasnt ready. They were waiting for a part. No one had any kind of communication with me the entire time they had it! So i still ended up having to rent a car for two days at 75.00 that i did not have!! Then on Weds I was promised phone calls that i did not get on the status of my car. I informed them my rental was due by ****:30. They promised to call and didnt! I have two kids and appointments to get to... Finally i get my car at 6pm Weds evening. It looks great however it was SIX DAYS LATE! I already had a 500 deductible. I didnt need an additional 75.00 rental fee. I thought they would at least offer to cover that! Not to mention the hassle of trying to find rides with two small children and two car seats and maybe possibly needing one or not who knows bc I didnt get the phone calls i was promised! I am very dissatisfied and have informed my insurance company of this since they recommended you. Thank you!n

Car was returned completely unclear in the interior. The floor boards and interior were completely covered in dust. The automatic window button for the driver side window no longer works.

The repair looks flawless. And the detailing of my Kia, inside and out is just the cherry on the sundae! Thank you for everything!

My car looks fine. However, the customer service wasn't great. Every time I called, I was left on hold for at least 3-4 minutes, and two times, I was disconnected. Some of my calls were not returned. And, my car was supposed to be finished by Friday, the 20th of June, and it wasn't done until late in the afternoon of June 23rd. I had to call to find out when it would be done.

Your reception staff is the bomb. Someone stayed late so I could pick up kid's car seats I'd forgotten. Thank you so much! Glad to have my car back.

The car isn't right, not satisfied

The communication from Marcos was helpful throughout the repair and the thorough job of explaining the repair once I picked up my car.

Very professional and courteous

I am not satisfied with the weatherstripping on the repaired door. I am not satisfied that my rear-driver side taillights are improperly seated. The door repair itself looks quite good.

I mean the whole process was really good. Professional and great people. It took quite a while for the completion, I don't know if that's normal though, **** month is quite a while.

The people at Service King were courteous and thoughtful. They even offered me a ride home. Very nice coustomer service.

I'm completely satisfied with your customer service, however, I see that there's still a crevice on the left side of the bumper. Would like to know if that can be fixed.
