The damaged bumper looks fine, but the interior of the car was returned to me very dirty with black shoe marks on the inside of the door panels and oil/dirt stains on the carpet. Not a real big deal, but it did take me me a half-hour to clean the door panels and shampoo the carpet.

The mechanical issues were not eliminated. It would have taken a low speed test drive for the mechanic to determine that further repairs are needed. I have difficulty justifying the length of time that the shop had my car yet failed to eliminate the issues I have explicitly advised of. According to the invoice an alignment was done, which seems doubtful. As a person that knows a little about auto repair, it is obvious that the alignment was not done properly. Furthermore, there is an issue with excessive vibration of the wheel, and issues with transmission which, according to the rep, were examined and nothing was found to be faulty. However, the issue is obvious enough that it would not take a mechanic or any equipment to determine its presence. It is irritating that my car was held for close to a week and I will have to put the car in a shop again because the necessary care was not taken to make the appropriate repairs.

There must be some area of a collision center that gets a little dirty, but I didn't see it. Everyone is professional in appearance, and in dealing with the customer. I would like to think I got special treatment, but I think everyone does, since, as I told Jose, this seems like the Nordstroms for this field. It was also nice that the car came back to me looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I'm not going to get into any accidents just to come back, but if I am so unfortunate in that regard, I'll be heading your way.

Your entire staff, starting from the time I checked in my car, to the time I drove away, was friendly, efficient and very courteous. I have never received such a high level of service and treatment from any body shop. I could not believe upon delivery, how the entire car was detailed, inside and out, including under the hood. The drive check around the block and checking that ALL the lights were operational was so unexpected.........I could go on and on about your company.
