In May 2014, I caused a car accident by switching lanes into a Toyota Yaris with my Mercedes-Benz C300. Yes very dumb mistake. Anyways, I brought my car into the Marco Collision Center located in Pasadena. I was confident that my car would be serviced well and the staff was very welcoming/nice. I was promptly updated via e-mail and phone by Marco about the status of my car. The ETA was extended by 2 days, but I was given a few days notice which was more than sufficient. Upon receiving my car back, Jeff went over everything about the car to affirm that everything was fixed and working properly. They even performed auto detailing on the car and gave me extra paint in case I need it.
After leaving Marco's, a Check Engine light turned on. I took it back to the center and they promptly checked to make sure it was fixed. It was a minor exhaust issue which was resolved and the manager of Marco's apologized formally and took the car on a test drive. All seemed well. It was also a Saturday, and they stayed longer too which was very nice.
Unfortunately, an hour later the light came back on. I drove the car about 40-50 miles to see if it would turn off, but it didnt. I called Marco's that following Monday and spoke to Jeff. He said that I could bring the car back in, and Marco's would provide a rental for free. That Thursday I dropped off the car and they gave me a rental. I was told by Roger that I would receive a call that same day with an update.
Up to this point I was satisfied with Marco's service until I never received a call back that day. I was very upset at this point. The following morning I showed up at the collision center to find that my car was fixed. They took the car to the Mercedes-Benz dealership to resolve the issue once and for all. Jeff was very apologetic about the lack of notification for completion. He offered me one free auto-detailing package for free.
I am appreciative of this generosity. Most of all I am thankful that my car is finally back in my hands. I am still confident about Marco's services. I will continue to take my car to Marco's for any repairs, services, etc.
