Picked up my car at 5:50 pm right before closing. Since car was transferred over to me in the dark I could not see scratches on my car that were literally everywhere. Got home put car in garage with lighting and could see smudges in which car looks like it was attempted to get wiped down to hide scratches. Extremely disappointed and left a voice mail 2 min after closing. Car literally looks like an animal with claws was walking all over it!

All associates were respectful and professional. Text updates were awesome. Repairs were done in a timely manner; associates even went above and beyond to make sure of this and went above and beyond to make sure car was ready quickly and at a time when I would be available to pick up. Car was ready before estimated pick up time. And the Enterprise right next door is perfect!
