I loved the Carwise app. I think the progress report could be a little more detailed in the progress report (I.e. Percentage done, stage in repair, etc). I really appreciated the great coomunication and fast work by the shop. Saul Muniz was clear in communicating the process and the decisions that had to be made in the repairs. I was very impressed the work was actually done before the estimated date. The finished product was just as impressive. My truck looked brand new! Very happy with my overall experience

Working with Vic (Allstate) was a pleasure..most especially having the job done 2 days less than the original completion of work being done. I'm very satisfied with the work outcome. Otherwise, being a Toyota employee retiree, I would have notified Toyota Corporate office to complain... Keep up the good work...job well done.
