Super speedy service! Car was repaired two days sooner than expected. Super friendly staff and very professional. Quality of work was absolutely superb and they even washed my car! They keep you updated every step of the way and the communication is outstanding. I recommend Sam’s Auto Land without reservation. Big thank you to Bert Enriquez!

The car was returned to me with primer over spray on my back leather seat and the door seal. It appears that someone did try to clean the paint, however, there is still paint on the seat and seal. I'm looking for a service to clean after your work. My impression is that the rush to return the car was more important that doing the proper cleaning. How would you feel?

The first estimated amount before the repair was too low (less than $****,500 but final cost seems like $6-7K I guess). I told Sam’s the check engine light should be related to the accident and the damage seems much bigger n any way to consider total loss which I preferred but they kept saying “don’t know”.(I’m engineer so I kind of knew that) I had to bring my vehicle to Honda, and Honda said it is related. Also I heard Sams found more hidden damages and repair (started ****/4) completion schedule kept changing ****/12, 2/****(not sure why 3more weeks extended), 2/2,2/5, and 2/6 which took more than one month from Jan 4th. Now I don’t know how much % of rental car charge is reimbursed (more than $****,100 renting longer than **** month). Mercury says that they might not pay for the whole amount of rental car because it might exceed the limit, so I have to argue with Mercury from now and I have to explain how I suggested at the beginning and how I tried to prevent payment out of my pocket (I just got hit and 100% not my fault but I had to use my insurance but rental car might not be covered). If Sams have estimated correctly, I really think total loss from the beginning was better. I also didn’t like the communication between Sam’s, Honda and Mercury.
