Autobody work was excellent. Customer service in regards to the Sams representative I was working with was poor. It took 2 weeks to schedule a repair date because I could not get my representative to call me back after leaving numerous messages on numerous dates. Couldn't get my questions answered either because she would not call back. Very frustrating as I had no idea what protocol was in regards to getting the work done and how it worked with the insurance company. Made the whole process even worse.

Everything from the first phone call I made and Jennifer walking me through the whole process with ease. Bert assuring me the work on my car would get done. And even the receiptionist was very polite and thorough with my paperwork. This has been the best body shop experience. I will highly recommend your shop. Thank you ????

I would hate to say I was not completely satisfied the car was great the staff was excellent everyone was very helpful but when I picked my car up and on my drive home the car mechanically was not working well not something Sam's auto had addressed , I was hoping there would be in a diagnostic on the car as I told my insurance company The day I was hit the car was not running properly it did go away and I was able to drive till I took it to Sam's I am completely satisfied with the service and the job that was done on the bodywork you guys are excellent but now I have to go through insurance again take the car to the dealer and a lot of stuff I don't really have time for but not your problem thank you so much you guys Are all excellent

Missing my hood catch holder & a/c line cover..ur work is good but the way you keep a where car is not satisfied to dirty inside my car..so please talk to your supervisor on the shop to do good

My vehicle was held from 12/22/17 to 12/27/17 because of an outstanding balance of $137.00 and deliberate lies about the original payment of $5000 not being received. Your representative, John, has horrible customer service skills. John was deliberately holding my vehicle even after I expressed that I was incurring additional rental car fees. With the type of service I received this last time, I ensure I will never do business with your shop again which saddens me because as an employee of the City of Gardena, we firmly believe in supporting those business within our city before looking elsewhere.
