Excellent service. A couple of minor adjustments were needed to complete the repair, discovered after I picked up the car -- adjusted the hatch latch and the rear right door that was not flush to the body.

NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT THE RESULT. Just picked up my car (Toyota Rav 4 SE 2016) Dec 23 but Upon looking around on my car I found out there’s a lot of scratches, on front bumpers. I was told that these are all wax but unfortunately, it’s not. And the plastic attach to the right & left fenders are wasn’t attach really well, it’s loose. And there’s a paint on right pillars. I emailedt all the pictures to Vic for him to check . I want this to be fix. I’m going there on Tuesday Dec. 26. ‘

Jennifer and Emily took care of all my questions. Very courteous and kind. Was a totally positive experience for my first time taking my car to a body shop for repair damage. Quality of work to repair my care also excellent. Very glad my insurance company (21st Century/Farmers Ins.) referred me to Sam's Autoland.

Thanks for getting my car repaired ahead of schedule and replacing the fuse that blew out, during the repair, so quickly, once I realized that it was out. Also, I really appreciate all of the status updates and the car wash and I love my coffee mug and keychain flashlight...so handy! ????

The vehicle looked really great but I noticed that the interior lights didn't work when the doors were opened or when the car was unlocked. Maybe something wasn't reconnected. Other than that, I have no complaints. Really love the body work your facility does.
